Samantha Krause competed in the Girls Regional Power Lifting Meet. Sam placed 8th. She lifted 250lbs on squat, 130lbs on bench, and 245 lbs on dead lift. This was Sam's first trip to regionals, she worked very hard to get there. If you see her please congratulate her on a outstanding season. |
